I purchased a groupon coupon for a year long unlimited microdermabrasion not knowing really what my skin needed. All I knew was that my skin was clogged and was the source of all the little white bumpy acne pretty much all over my face. I live in Lethbridge so it was difficult to travel back and forth to Calgary just for treatments for my face but it was well worth all that travel.  I went to my first appointment not really knowing what to expect from this microdermabrasion. 

The consultant did a skin analysis on me and explained that the reasoning for my little acne is because my pores are clogged deep down underneath the surface of my skin which was preventing the oil underneath the skin from escaping thus clogging my pores. She explained that although microdermabrasion would make my skin feel nice temporarily, it wouldn't prevent the skin from continuously being clogged. This was when chemical peel was introduced to me. I was a bit skeptical thinking it was just another expensive product they were trying to sell me and not really what I needed. I agreed to try it at a reduced price and Sangita was the consultant that assisted me with all my chemical peel facials. She not only did a wonderful job on unclogging my skin but explained in detail as to why and how it was clogged and what I could do to help prevent it from clogging. She was informative and helpful throughout the entire process and was happy to answer any questions that I had and worked around my schedule so that I can make it to my appointments since I had to drive 2 hours just to do keep doing the chemical peel. I am happy to say that my skin has never looked better and it made a world of difference to me. Even my fiancee couldn't believe how nice my skin has gotten. 

Thanks Sangita and Ramesh for being so accommodating for all those late appointments and late closings to ensure that I can make it to all my appointments. I can 100% say that this experience has been absolutely fantastic and I have already recommended them to several of my friends and family.
